KIRO — Replacement Policy
At KIRO, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience a sizing issue or a product defect, we're here to make it right through our hassle-free replacement policy. Please note that KIRO operates on a replacement-only policy. Refunds are not available, but we'll do our best to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
Please read the following carefully before submitting a replacement request.
3-Day Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that KIRO offers replacements only — refunds are not available.
Upon approval of your replacement request, you may choose:
- The same product, or
- Any other product of equal or higher value
If you opt for a higher-priced product, you will only be charged the difference. Replacement shipping and handling are entirely free of charge.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Have all original tags intact
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Have the replacement request submitted within 3 days of delivery
Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, KIRO will arrange a free replacement. To process such a request, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:
- The sealed package before opening
- The unboxing process from start to finish
- The condition of the product inside
Please note that replacement requests for damaged or incorrect items cannot be processed without this video.
How to Request a Replacement

Email us at kiroclothingindia@gmail.com with the following:
- Your Order ID
- Your full name
- The reason for the replacement
- Clear photos of the product (where applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

After the product is received and passes our quality inspection, your replacement order will be dispatched.
Quality Inspection
All returned items are subject to a thorough quality check. Replacements will not be approved if:
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged
- Original tags are missing
- The product is not returned in its original packaging
- The replacement request was submitted after 3 days of delivery
