KIRO — Replacement Policy

At KIRO, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience a sizing issue or a product defect, we're here to make it right through our hassle-free replacement policy. Please note that KIRO operates on a replacement-only policy. Refunds are not available, but we'll do our best to ensure you're happy with your purchase.

Please read the following carefully before submitting a replacement request.


3-Day Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that KIRO offers replacements only — refunds are not available.

Upon approval of your replacement request, you may choose:

  • The same product, or
  • Any other product of equal or higher value

If you opt for a higher-priced product, you will only be charged the difference. Replacement shipping and handling are entirely free of charge.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have all original tags intact
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Have the replacement request submitted within 3 days of delivery

Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, KIRO will arrange a free replacement. To process such a request, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The unboxing process from start to finish
  • The condition of the product inside

Please note that replacement requests for damaged or incorrect items cannot be processed without this video.


How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at kiroclothingindia@gmail.com with the following:

    • Your Order ID
    • Your full name
    • The reason for the replacement
    • Clear photos of the product (where applicable)
  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

  3. After the product is received and passes our quality inspection, your replacement order will be dispatched.


Quality Inspection

All returned items are subject to a thorough quality check. Replacements will not be approved if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged
  • Original tags are missing
  • The product is not returned in its original packaging
  • The replacement request was submitted after 3 days of delivery
